Thomson Reuters has acquired Omnesys Technologies, a Bangalore-based provider of software for securities trading and order-management systems, for an undisclosed amount..Khaitan & Co advised Thomson Reuters along with Thomson’s in-house legal team. Khaitan team was led by Partner Rabindra Jhunjhunwala along with Associate Partner Niren Patel and Associate Ashraya Rao.
