Khaitan, Trilegal act on CyberArk Software acquiring C3M LLC

CyberArk Software has acquired 100% shareholding of another overseas entity namely C3M LLC. The said entity has an Indian subsidiary namely C3M India which has also been acquired by CyberArk Software in the transaction.

Khaitan & Co. advised CyberArk on the Indian leg of the transaction.

According to Business Standard, the acquisition of C3M will strengthen CyberArk's existing Cloud Privilege Security offerings with capabilities for identifying security and compliance risks in cloud IAM policies, cloud activity monitoring and threat detection while helping solve visibility and security challenges in public cloud environments
