Kochhar & Co advises Grip FIO Advisors on launch of Grip PrimeYield – I

Grip FIO Advisors LLP, the Investment Manager to Grip Fixed Income Opportunities Trust, has established and launched Grip PrimeYield – I, a Category II Alternative Investment Fund scheme.

Kochhar & Co advised Grip FIO Advisors on this transaction. The Firm advised on the Indian legal and regulatory aspects of the fund structure, together with drafting and finalisation of all relevant documentation in respect thereof.

The transaction was led by Ketan Mukhija (Partner), with support from Deepanshi Trivedi (Senior Associate) and Anshu Gupta (Associate).

The Scheme is focused on investments in diversified debt and debt-related instruments, including non-convertible debentures, corporate bonds, structured credit instruments and securitised debt instruments, with an emphasis on investment-grade opportunities and short-duration exposures.
