Kochhar & Co advises Samit Enterprises on follow-on investment in Australia-based SensOre

Samit Enterprises Private Limited has made a follow-on investment in SensOre_X Pty Ltd, structured through a contractual arrangement involving Alpha Future Funds S.C.S., a Luxembourg-based investment fund, and the exercise of a subscription option for additional shares in SensOre.

Kochhar & Co advised Samit Enterprises on this transaction. The Firm advised on the investment structure and related legal matters, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating the relevant documentation, and supporting the investor throughout the process.

The transaction was led by Ketan Mukhija (Partner), with support from Deepika Gautam (Senior Associate) and Piyush Senapati (Associate).
