Legalics advises TAS on investment in RGD Dental

Legalics advised and assisted TAS Technology Platforms Private Limited in connection with its investment in RGD Dental Private Limited.

The Firm provided end-to-end legal support for the transaction, advising on and assisting with the various transactional and legal aspects involved in bringing the investment to completion.

The transaction was led by Mahesh Kumar (Managing Partner), with assistance from Amol Raj (Counsel) and Vanshika Gargava (Associate), who worked closely with the all the stakeholders throughout the transaction to help navigate the legal and commercial considerations and facilitate a smooth and effective closing.

RGD Dental currently serves 5,000+ dentists across 8,000+ SKUs. The investment by TAS marks an important milestone in RGD Dental’s growth journey and is aimed at further strengthening its operations and building a technology-led platform for dental product discovery, ordering and fulfilment across India. RGD Dental also intends to enter into robotic ecosystem.
