Lex Consult advises ONYA Diamonds on pre-Series A fundraise

Mahiva Technologies Private Limited, dba ONYA Diamonds, has raised funds from a pre-Series A fundraise led by Divisa Family Office with participation from its existing investor, Zeropearl VC, and several other angel investors.

The transaction was led by Naresh Pareek (Partner), with assistance from Riya Trivedi (Senior Associate), Associates Jash Doshi and Vibhor Jain.

ONYA Diamonds combines art and science to create practical and elegant jewellery pieces focusing on craftsmanship and personalised designs.

The company intends to utilize the latest funding to open additional stores, enhance its online presence and personalization features, and invest in R&D related to jewellery design and manufacturing.
