Luthra acts on the transfer of business of Longitude 74 Studio to Z Home India

Alpha Vision Inc. has transferred the business of Longitude 74 Studio Pvt Ltd (an affiliate of Alpha Vision), to Z Home India Private Limited (a subsidiary of Zonda Home Canada Inc.).

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India acted as legal counsel to Alpha Vision and Longitude 74 Studio on this deal.

The transaction team consisted of Radhika Malpani (Associate) and Priyamvada Sharma (Associate) who advised on the corporate law.

Shireen Dhar (Senior Associate) advised on all IP related issues.

Ajinkya Gunjan Mishra (Partner), Sumit Mangal (Partner) and Mayank Aggarwal (Partner Designate) advised on all indirect and direct tax related issues.

This transaction was a follow-up to a global transaction involving Alpha Vision Inc. and Zonda Home Canada, Inc., which was also supported by the Firm.

Alpha Vision Inc. is a leading technology provider of interactive floor plans, interactive lot maps, 3D home renderings and sales centre technology.
