Kotak PE invests 400 crore in Biorad Medisys: Luthra advises

Kotak Strategic Situations India Fund II, managed by Kotak Alternate Asset Managers Limited, has made an investment of up to ₹400 Crore in medical device manufacturer Biorad Medisys Private Limited.

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India represented Kotak in this investment deal.

The transaction team consisted of Nishant Singh (Partner), Prachi Pandit (Managing Associate), Saksham Madan (Managing Associate), Manushi Shah (Associate), Varshini Ramesh (Associate), Aditi Nagpal (Associate), Charith Reddy (Associate), Kashish Singhal (Associate), Maitri Meghani (Associate) and Aashi Shah (Associate).
