Luthra advises Aseem Infrastructure Finance on financing solar and wind power projects

Aseem Infrastructure Finance Limited has provided financial assistance of approximately ₹700 Crore to various subsidiaries of O2 Power for financing solar/wind power projects of approximately 136 MW being set up under captive / group captive models.

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India advised Aseem Infrastructure Finance on this financing deal.
