Mindspright Legal acts on Kheria Autocomp IPO

Kheria Autocomp Limited has listed for an initial public offering of 45,98,400 equity shares aggregating up-to ₹46.44 crore.

Mindspright Legal advised Kheria Autocomp on this IPO.

The transaction was led by Richa Bhansali (Partner), with support from Mayuri Thakkar (Principal Associate) and Saksham Bhatnagar (Associate).

Kheria Autocomp is an auto ancillary company, specializing in plastic injection moulding, sub-assembly operations and the supply of moulded plastic components primarily for the automotive sector.
