NovoJuris assists Medbikri in its pre-seed funding round

Medbikri, a health-tech company providing inventory management solutions for pharmacies, has raised approximately ₹5.31crores ($650,000) in its pre-seed funding round.

NovoJuris Legal represented the company in this transaction.

The transaction team was led by Ashwin Bhat (Partner).

The company will utilise the funding to build the team, develop the product further and scale the app across India. The company aims to onboard 50,000 chemists/ pharmacists, across UP, MP, Bihar, Jharkhand, Delhi, and Karnataka.
