NovoJuris Legal acts on the acquisition of CareerSocially by Aurum PropTech

Aurum PropTech, a BSE and NSE Listed company, has acquired CareerSocially (Blink Advisory) in an all-cash deal.

NovoJuris Legal advised CareerSocially in the deal.

The transaction team consisted of Amol Chitnis (Junior Partner), Anusha Dash (Associate) with strategic inputs by Sharda Balaji (Founder).

Founded by Prakash Tejwani, Sahil Rathore and Vishal Sharma, CareerSocially is a unified real estate platform to accelerate sales with data and insights using Al, ML and data science.

Aurum PropTech has a large objective of enabling data driven investments, increasing enterprise efficiency, enhancing consumer experience and enabling connected living and making a difference in real estate using technology.
