Phoenix Legal advises Broadways Chemtech on transfer of business to IMPAG Group

Broadways Chemtech LLP has transferred its specialty chemicals and raw materials business to IMPAG India Private Limited, the Indian subsidiary of IMPAG Group, a leading Swiss specialty chemicals distributor. 

Phoenix Legal advised Broadways Chemtech and its founder on this business transfer.

The transaction was led by Rahul Deodhar (Partner), along with Shivani Vyas (Senior Associate).

Broadways Chemtech is an established distributor of specialty and performance chemicals with over 24 years of experience.

The transaction marks IMPAG Group’s entry into India, combining Broadways’ local market expertise and customer relationships with IMPAG Group’s international network and technical capabilities.
