Pioneer Legal acts on Ykone's acquisition of majority stake in marketing agency Barcode
The acquisition has been charachterized as the largest to date in the Indian influencer marketing space.
French International Influencer Marketing Agency Ykone S.A.S. has acquired a majority stake in Barcode Entertainment (Barcode Influencer Marketing Private Limited).
Ykone has bought a 70% stake in the Mumbai-based Barcode for an estimated valuation of $18-20 million, reported ET.
Pioneer Legal acted for Barcode in this transaction.
