Pioneer Legal, Agram Legal act on sale of Social Panga to LS Digital

Social Panga (Higa Digital Private Limited) has joined LS Digital (Logicserve Digital Private Limited) pursuant to an investment by LS Digital in Higa Digital.

Pioneer Legal advised Social Panga and its Promoters in relation to this transaction.
