Pioneer Legal, AZB act on True North's minority investment in Vistaar Finance

True North Fund VII has made a minority investment in Vistaar Financial Services Private Limited, a portfolio company of Warburg Pincus.

Pioneer Legal assisted and advised True North on this investment deal.
