Quadra Legal advises Wipro on majority stake acquisition in Dermatouch

Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting has acquired a 60% majority stake in Dermatouch, at an enterprise valuation of ₹387.5 crore.

Quadra Legal advised Wipro on this acquisition.

The transaction was led by Kaushalya Venkataraman (Founding Partner), with support from Samiksha Sisodiya (Partner), Associates Bharath Pottekkat and Abhishek Vishwanath.

Dermatouch is a premium skincare brand offering dermatology-backed solutions across acne care, pigmentation, scars, dark circles, and dry and sensitive skin.
