Rajani Associates acts on Scoobee Day Garments rights issue

Scoobee Day Garments (India) Limited has made a rights issue aggregating to ₹40.5 crore.

Rajani Associates advised Scoobee Day Garments on this rights issue. The Firm's role included conducting legal diligence, preparing and finalizing offer related documents, preparing and finalizing the Rights Issue Agreements assisting the Company in the Rights Issue process.

The transaction team consisted of Sangeeta Lakhi (Senior Partner) and Shriya Nandedkar (Associate).

Headquartered in Ernakulam, Kerala, Scoobee Day Garments with its primary 32.5-acre manufacturing facility in Karur, Tamil Nadu, the company is engaged in the manufacture and export of knitted children's and infant apparel.
