Rajani Associates advises Genesys International Corp on ₹125 crore rights issue

Genesys International Corporation Limited has made a rights issue aggregating to ₹125.37 crore.

DSK Legal advised Genesys on this rights issue. The firm's role included conducting legal diligence; preparing and finalizing offer related documents; preparing and finalizing the Rights Issue Agreements; and assisting the Company in the rights issue process.

The transaction was led by Sangeeta Lakhi (Senior Partner), with support from Associates Shriya Nandedkar and Sudhanshu Kulkarni.

Genesys International Corporation pioneers in advanced mapping, survey, and geospatial services. The company delivers expert services in Geographical Information System (GIS) and Geospatial Engineering domain.
