Rajani Associates advises Lloyds Engineering on Rights Issue

Lloyds Engineering Works Limited has raised ₹99 crores by way of a Rights Issue.

Mark Corporate Advisors Private Limited and Pioneer Investcorp Limited were the lead managers to this Rights Issue.
