Reliance brings SKIMS to India; Khaitan & Co advises

Reliance Brands Limited has formed an exclusive partnership with SKIMS Body, Inc., the globally renowned shapewear and lifestyle brand co-founded by Kim Kardashian, marking the brand's entry into the Indian market under the 'SKIMS' label.

Khaitan & Co advised Reliance Brands, a subsidiary of Reliance Retail Ventures Limited, on this exclusive partnership.

The transaction team consisted of Rahul Dutt (Partner), Hetal Thakkar (Partner), Tanvi Tekriwal (Principal Associate) and Riya Dutta (Consultant) with assistance from Shourya Sengupta (Partner).

The deal brings one of the world's most talked-about lifestyle labels, SKIMS, to Indian consumers, with Reliance Brands set to open SKIMS' first stores in Delhi and Mumbai.
