Resolüt Partners advises IRB Infrastructure Trust on ₹2,744 crore sale of road assets

IRB Infrastructure Trust has made a sale of 2 road projects, CG Tollway Limited and Solapur Yedeshi Tollway Limited, to IRB InvIT Fund at an equity value of ~₹2,744 crore.

Resolüt Partners advised IRB Infrastructure Trust on this transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Ruchir Sinha (Managing Partner), Shreyas Bhushan (Partner), Shivam Yadav ( Senior Associate), Associates Sammahith Addoor and Agrim Mor.

CG Tollway holds the concession for a roughly 125 km stretch of NH-79 in Rajasthan, covering the Kishangarh- Udaipur- Ahmedabad section.

Solapur Yedeshi Tollway holds the concession for a 98.7 km stretch of NH-211 between Solapur and Yedeshi in Maharashtra.
