Sahai & Co advises Atica in their seed funding round

Last-mile sales & revenue management company Atica has raised seed funding from Titan Capital, DLF Family Office and other investors.

Sahai & Co represented Atica and its founders, Akash Goel and Bonish Gandhi in this fundraise.

The transaction team consisted of Savyasachi K. Sahai (Partner) and Vishwajeet Singh Shekhawat (Associate).

Atica will be using the funds for strengthening the technology product and business development.
