International Finance Corporation is sanctioning an IFC own-account US$ denominated, senior, unsecured loan facility of up to $500 million, with a tenor of up to seven years, to Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI).

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised IFC on this financing transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Shubhangi Garg (Partner), Yashika Jain (Principal Associate), Associates Soham Chakraborty and Aryan Gupta.
