Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Argus Partners, CMS INDUSALW, Khaitan & Co act on Swara Baby Products ₹1,000 crore IPO

Swara Baby Products Limited has proposed an initial public offering aggregating to ₹1,000 crore, comprising fresh issue and an offer for sale of equity shares by Brainbees Solutions Limited and Anadya Bon Merchari LLP.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co is advising Swara Baby Products on this IPO.

The transaction is led by Prashant Gupta (Partner, National Practice Head – Capital Markets) and Trishita Dasgupta (Partner), with support from Kamiya Marwah (Senior Associate), Associates Aishwariya Chaturvedi and Bhoomika Gupta.

Argus Partners is advising Anadya Bon Merchari LLP, the promoter selling shareholder of Swara, on this IPO.

The transaction is led by Tushar Thimmiah (Partner), with support from Associates Srishti Sneha, Amruth Rao, and Akshat Khanna.

CMS INDUSLAW is advising Brainbees Solutions Limited, a selling shareholder of Swara, on this IPO. The Firm also advised Brainbees Solutions on the alignment of its rights and obligations under the existing shareholders' agreement and assisted Swara Baby Products with the drafting and execution of its pre-IPO shareholder' agreement and restated articles of association in preparation for the proposed listing.
