Business Nextgen Finance Private Limited has raised ₹215 crore from a Series A fundraise led by Beams Fintech Fund I and its affiliates, with participation from Baring Private Equity India Fund 6, Saison Capital Pte. Ltd., UNLEASH 1st Investment Partnership and other investors.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Business Nextgen Finance on this fundraise.

The transaction was led by Bhargava KS (Partner), with support from Associates Hrushika Sana, C R Keertitha and Nikhil Javali.

Khaitan & Co advised lead investor Beams Fintech Fund on this fundraise.
