Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Trilegal act on Moneyview ₹1,091 crore IPO

Moneyview Limited has raised ₹1,091.68 crore from its initial public offering of equity shares, comprising a fresh issue and an offer for sale by the promoters and certain institutional investors

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Moneyview on this IPO.

The Capital Markets team comprised Prashant Gupta (National Practice Head, Capital Markets), Ruth Chenchiah (Partner), Harini Jambunathan (Senior Associate), Anoushka PV (Senior Associate) and Anaya Jain (Associate).

The Fintech team comprised Shilpa Mankar Ahluwalia (Co-Head, Banking & Finance), Shubhangi Garg (Partner), Indraneel Godsay (Senior Associate) and Sandeep Grewal (Senior Associate).

Trilegal advised the book running lead managers, Axis Capital, BofA Securities India, IIFL Capital Services and Kotak Mahindra Capital, on this IPO.

Moneyview is a digital-only, credit-led financial services platform for Middle India customers, being households with an annual income of ₹300,000–₹1,100,000. The platform provides access to a full suite of financial products through a network of financial partners, including banks, NBFCs, insurance providers and other entities, through the Moneyview mobile application. As of June 30, 2026, Moneyview had 140.28 million registered users and 48 financial partners across 9 product offerings.

The IPO was subscribed over 98 times overall, with the qualified institutional buyer component subscribed over 227 times, the non-institutional investor component subscribed over 115 times and the retail individual investor component subscribed over 19 times.
