Shardul and Cyril Amarchand act on transfer of stakes by GVR Infra Projects to Ashoka Buildcon

GVR Infra Projects Limited has sold 50% of its shareholding in GVR Ashoka Chennai ORR Limited to Ashoka Buildcon Limited. The deal is valued at approximately ₹185 crore.
