SPN Advisors LLP acts on the acquisition of TekLink International by Hinduja Global Solutions

Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS), a customer experience services provider, has acquired 100 percent stake in TekLink International, Inc., an analytics service provider, for approximately ₹485.1 Crores ($58.8 million).

SPN Advisors LLP assisted TekLink Group with the closing of the transaction, including tax planning, restructuring and drafting and reviewing of transaction documents in relation thereto. The transaction included slump sale of TekLink Software Private Limited, which is a Wholly Owned subsidiary of TekLink International Inc. to HGS.

The transaction team consisted of Varun Nagrath (Partner) along with SPN team members consisting of Rakshita Mehta, Shruti Khanna, Preeti Prasad  and Kartik Garg.

The TekLink acquisition will strengthen HGS’ digital solutions business by adding enhanced expertise in building data platforms, analytics, and financial planning. As part of the transaction, 275 experienced technology and implementation professionals will join HGS to add to its digital workforce bench strength.

TekLink International Inc. is a full-service financial planning and analytics service provider, including design, implementation, and application management services. It is headquartered in Warrenville, IL, US, with a presence in Europe and delivery centres in Hyderabad, Gwalior and Indore, India.
