Stratage Law Partners, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas act on Nutriventia securing investment from Ndude Labs

Nutriventia Private Limited has secured an investment from Ndude Labs by way of allotment of shares of to Ndude Labs.

Stratage Law Partners advised Nutriventia on this transaction. The Firm's role included reviewing, negotiating and finalization of the transaction documents, along with the finalization of conditions precedent and closing actions.

The transaction team consisted of Darshan Upadhyay (Managing Partner), Soumya Shanker (Partner), Abhay Gaur (Senior Associate) and Gaurav Deep Agrawal (Associate).

Nutriventia is engaged in the business of manufacturing and B2B supply of nutraceutical ingredients and dietary supplement ingredients.

The fresh capital will allow the Company to expand clinical R&D, its branded portfolio and US commercial operations.
