TLH Advocates advises Arete Hospitals on sale of hospital business to Aurevia Hospitals

Arete Institute of Medical Sciences Private Limited has divested its 250-bed multispecialty hospital business in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, to Aurevia Hospitals Private Limited, by way of a Business Transfer Agreement executed on 03 July 2026.

TLH, Advocates & Solicitors represented Arete Institute of Medical Sciences on this transaction.

The transaction was led by Yasasvi G.V. (Partner), with support from Associates Kapil Devnani and Srujana Kuchimanchi.

The hospital will be operated by Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited (KIMS) under a five-year Operations and Management Agreement. The transaction marks the transition of a leading tertiary-care facility in Hyderabad to a new ownership and operating structure.
