Touchstone Partners advises HDFC Capital Advisors on setting up GIFT City AIF

HDFC Capital Advisors Limited, the real-estate private equity arm of the HDFC Group, has established a Category II alternative investment fund in GIFT City focused on the development of residential housing in India.

Touchstone Partners advised HDFC Capital Advisors on the setting-up of this AIF.

The transaction team consisted of Sameeksha Chowla (Partner), Ravleen Chhabra (Senior Associate) and Jubin Malawat (Associate).
