Trilegal acts on establishment of dedicated separately managed account for Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank

Trilegal advised One Planet Partners in relation to the establishment of a dedicated Separately Managed Account (SMA) for Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Japan (SMTB), to be managed by One Planet Partners.

Trilegal acted as transaction counsel, undertaking drafting of all necessary fund documents, negotiations and closing.
