Trilegal acts on Fusion CX ₹702 crore IPO

Fusion CX Limited has raised ₹702 crore from an initial public offering of equity shares comprising a fresh issue and an offer for sale.

Trilegal advised Fusion CX on this IPO.

The transaction was led by Bhakta Patnaik (Partner) and Albin Thomas (Partner), with support from Sowmya Khandelwal (Counsel), Arsh Sinha (Senior Associate), Associates Bhoomi Sandesara, Aishwarya Agarwal, Manasi Barve and Harshali Srivastava.

Fusion CX is a customer experience service provider delivering services across multiple channels, including voice, email, chat, social media and message, in a cost-effective manner with technology playing a central role in their service delivery model, in addition to providing AI Data Infrastructure Services that include data collection, data annotation and labelling, and teleoperations services.
