Trilegal acts on LCC Projects ₹427 crore IPO

LCC Projects Limited has raised ₹427.141 crore from an initial public offering of equity shares.

Trilegal advised LCC Projects and its promoter selling shareholders on this IPO.

The transaction was led by Richa Choudhary (Partner), with support from Avanti Kale (Counsel), Aayush Khandelwal (Senior Associate), Associates Dinank Bhanot, Naman Shah and Adya Singh.

LCC Projects is a multidisciplinary engineering, procurement and construction company engaged in the irrigation and water supply projects segment from Gujarat.

The IPO was oversubscribed over 48.51 times and made a strong debut on the Indian bourses, at ~31% premium. The IPO proceeds will be used for repayment of its outstanding borrowings and purchase of equipment.
