Salter Technologies Private Limited, dba Volt Money, has merged into DSP Finance Private Limited.

The transaction involved a primary issuance of shares by Volt Money to DSP Finance, along with the acquisition of shares from certain existing shareholders of Volt Money, including its founders, by DSP Finance and its related persons. This was followed by an NCLT approved merger process through which Volt Money was amalgamated into DSP Finance.

Trilegal advised the DSP group on both the pre-merger investment in Volt Money and the merger of Volt Money into DSP Finance.
