Trilegal advises Paisalo on ₹300 crore NCD issuance

Paisalo Digital Limited has made a public issuance of non-convertible debentures aggregating to ₹300 crore, under a shelf limit of ₹900 crore.

Trilegal advised Paisalo as well as the lead manager, Tipsons Consultancy Services Limited, on this NCD issuance.

The transaction team consisted of:

Paisalo is a non-deposit taking non-banking financial company - middle layer and offers diversified financial service primarily to rural India, with a focus on women customers and small and medium-sized businesses.

This marks Paisalo's first-ever public debt issuance. The funds are proposed to be used for onward lending.
