Trilegal advises Pixxel on $100 million Series C fundraise

Bengaluru-based space startup Pixxelspace India Private Limited has raised $100 million from a Series C fundraise co-led by Temasek and Seraphim, with participation from both new and existing investors.

Trilegal advised Pixxel on this fundraise.

The transaction was led by Abhishek Dubey (Partner), with support from Ishita Sinha (Counsel) and Associates Sagnik Sarkar and Aditya Kaushik.

Pixxel is a deep-tech space company that specialises in the distribution of hyperspectral imagery and operates a constellation of six of the world’s highest resolution, commercial-grade hyperspectral earth observation satellites known as the 'Firefly' constellation.

This is the single-largest funding round raised by a space technology company in India, taking Pixxel's total funding to $195 million.
