Trilegal advises Remunance Services on its acquisition by Hightekers Group

The Hightekers Group has acquired 100% shareholding in Remunance Services Private Limited.

Trilegal advised Remunance Services and its existing shareholders on all aspects of the transaction, including key structuring aspects and transaction documentation.

The transaction was led by Kabeer Mathur (Partner), with support from Dhaval Mehta (Senior Associate), Harshit Dhandhia (Senior Associate) And Rajdeep Mukherjee (Associate).
