Trilegal and Mori Hamada lead on Hitachi Metals acquisition of majority stake in Vikas group entities

Hitachi Metals has acquired a majority stake in two Vikas group entities, RPS Vikas Castings and Garima Vikas Metals. RPS and Garima are engaged in the business of automotive castings.
