Trilegal, CMS INDUSLAW act on Gujarat Themis Biosyn ₹750 crore QIP

Gujarat Themis Biosyn Limited has raised ₹750 crore from a qualified institutions placement of equity shares made to qualified institutional buyers outside the United States.

Trilegal advised Gujarat Themis Biosyn on this QIP.

CMS INDUSLAW advised the placement agents, namely Nuvama Wealth Management Limited, 360 ONE WAM Limited and Saffron Capital Advisors Private Limited, on this QIP.

The transaction was led by Kaushik Mukherjee (Partner) and Kanika Sachdeva (Partner), with support from Associates Yash Chhikara, Vaishnavi Tiwari, Aroosh Tarwani, Vikhyaat Maheshwari and Dhairya Gawde, and Associate Trainees Roshan Bali and Janhavi Deo Yadav.
