Trilegal, Khaitan & Co acts on Runwal Enterprises ₹500 crore IPO

Runwal Enterprises Limited has launched an initial public offering aggregating to ~₹500 crore, comprising a fresh issue of 16,398,962 equity shares.

Trilegal advised Runwal Enterprises on this IPO.

The transaction was led by Richa Choudhary (Partner) and Maitreya Rajurkar (Partner), with support from Pooja Tada (Senior Associate) and Associates Yug Gambhir, Siddhant Mishra, Samruddhi Varma, Shreyansh Gupta, and Arnab Goswami.

Sai Krishna Bharathan (Partner) provided strategic inputs on the transaction.

Khaitan & Co advised the Book Running Lead Managers, ICICI Securities Limited and Jefferies India Private Limited, on this IPO.

The transaction team consisted of Sudhir Bassi (Executive Director – Capital Markets), Madhur Kohli (Partner), Nagashayana Srinivasaiah (Partner), Tharun Vadlapatla (Senior Associate), Associates Varun Nair, Rupa Veena S, Shreya Shetty GR, and Siddharth Melepurath.

Runwal Enterprises, through itself, it’s subsidiaries, joint ventures and associate (REL Group) is a real estate developer present across the full spectrum of real estate development, specializing in residential projects that cater to affordable, mid-income, and luxury segments, as well as commercial spaces, retail malls and educational buildings.

The proceeds from the IPO will be used for repayment / prepayment of full or in part of certain borrowings availed by REL and its subsidiaries.
