Trilegal, Quillon Partners act on Tynor securing $200 million investment from Kedaara Capital

Kedaara Capital has made a strategic investment of $200 million in Tynor Orthotics Private Limited, acquiring a majority stake in Tynor.

Trilegal advised Tynor, its promoters, professional management team, as well as existing stakeholder Lighthouse Funds in relation to this transaction.

The transaction was led by Amit Khansaheb (Partner), Vishruta Kaul (Partner) and Pratyush Singh (Partner), with support from Aayush Sood (Counsel), Advaye Sawhny (Senior Associate), Neha Koppu (Senior Associate), Associates Mukund Agarwal, Akshat Jain and Rohan Tolani.

Rahul Arora (Partner), Yashasvi Gupta (Senior Associate) and Shivek Jhanda (Consultant) advised on real estate law aspects..
