Trilegal, SAM, Jerome Merchant act on Kogta Financial 154 crore fund raise

Retail-focused non-banking financial company Kogta Financial has raised 154 crores in a financing round led by a fund managed by Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia and existing backer IIFL Seed Ventures.
