Trilegal, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas act on Zetwerk ₹5,012 crore IPO

Zetwerk Manufacturing Businesses Limited has made an initial public offering of equity shares comprised of an offer for sale by the company’s promoter selling shareholders, investor selling shareholders, promoter group selling shareholder and individual selling shareholders, aggregating to approximately ₹5,012.328 crore.

The offering was made in India and overseas, including to qualified institutional buyers in the United States under Rule 144A and in offshore transactions outside the United States under Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act.
