Triumvir Law advises WLDD on fundraise; Trilegal, Badaya, Argus, Khimani advise investors

WLDD Private Limited has secured funds from Adfactors PR Private Limited and Vikas Khemani Group, through a combination of primary subscription of compulsorily convertible preference shares and secondary sale of equity shares.

Triumvir Law advised WLDD on this fundraise. The firm advised the Company on the review of the term sheet, the drafting and negotiation of the transaction documents, through to closing.
