TT&A advises Carrier on acquiring land for manufacturing facility in Andhra Pradesh

Carrier Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Limited has acquired 39 acres of land at Sri City, Andhra Pradesh for setting up a new manufacturing facility on the same for $100 million.

TT&A advised Carrier on this transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Neville Golwalla (Partner), Gayatri Chadha (Partner) and Pranav Kandada (Associate).

The new facility will increase Carrier's manufacturing capacity to support growing domestic and global demand, with a focus on high-growth sectors including data centers, commercial, real estate and critical infrastructure.
