DSK Legal, TT&A, CMS INDUSLAW act on Nua $50 million Series C fundraise

Lagom Labs Private Limited, dba Nua, has raised $50 million from a Series C fundraise co-led by Peak XV Partners and Filter Capital India.

DSK Legal advise Nua and and its founder Ravi Ramachandran on this fundraise. The Firm advised on both the primary fundraise from Peak XV and Filter Capital, and the secondary transactions involving the existing investors.

TT&A advised Peak XV Partners Growth Investments IV on this fundraise.
