Vertices Partners, Vaish, CAM, Kaizen act on acquisition of majority stake in Satiya Nutraceuticals by Marico

Marico is set to acquire 58% stake in Satiya Nutraceuticals for approximately ₹369 crores.

Vertices Partners advised Satiya Nutraceuticals and its Promoters in this deal.

The transaction team was led by Vikrant Anand (Partner) along with Shagun Rathi (Associate Manager).
