Vidhigya Associates acts on Adroit Industries' ₹150 crore IPO

Adroit Industries (India) Limited has launched an initial public offering totaling ₹150 crore, comprising a fresh issue of 98,97,000 equity shares and an offer for sale of 13,50,000 equity shares by the Promoter Group Selling Shareholder.

Vidhigya Associates acted as the sole legal counsel for the offering.

The transaction team consisted of Rahul Pandey (Managing Partner), Himanshu Pandey (Partner) and Yash Kothari (Executive).

Adroit Industries is a vertically integrated manufacturer of propeller shafts and related torque-transmission components, with manufacturing operations spanning forging, machining, assembly and finishing. The Company operates across multiple stages of the manufacturing value chain and serves customers across automotive and non-automotive applications, with its products exported to more than 32 countries.
